Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Hearthstone Community Church (“Hearthstone”, “we”) collects about you through this website, our online forms and our livestreams; why we collect it; who else receives it; and how to ask us to see, correct or delete it.

This is template text. Replace it with your own church’s policy, and have someone qualified review it, before you publish.

Information you give us

You give us information when you fill out a form, register for an event or class, join an email list, give online, sign up to volunteer, buy a ticket or send feedback. That usually means your name, email address and phone number, plus whatever else the form asks for. We use it to respond to you, run the event or ministry you signed up for, and keep in touch in the ways you chose.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from, so we can tell what is useful. We only use analytics if you allow it in your privacy choices, and we honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.

Children and youth

When a parent or guardian registers a child for a ministry, we collect what we need to keep that child safe: names, ages, emergency contacts, allergies and medical notes. Only the staff and screened volunteers responsible for the child can see it.

Who else receives it

We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
